Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) to join a luxury medspa on a part-time, commission-based structure.
This role is focused exclusively on injectable aesthetics (Botox, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers only). No facials or laser services are performed.
Success in this position is driven by a combination of spa-generated clientele and your ability to develop and maintain a strong personal client base through social media, referrals, and repeat patients.
Schedule
- 3 days per week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Compensation
- Commission-based structure tied directly to production, including: Units of neurotoxins (Botox, etc.)
All gratuities (cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, etc.) are fully retained by the injector.
This structure offers uncapped earning potential based on individual performance and treatment volume.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments with precision and artistry
- Conduct aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain high clinical and safety standards
- Build and maintain a personal client base
- Promote work through professional social media (before & after content)
- Represent both personal brand and spa professionally
- Ensure all marketing and social media activity complies with HIPAA and medical standards
Experience
- Active Pennsylvania RN, NP, or PA license
- Minimum 2+ years experience as an aesthetic injector
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Proven ability to build and retain clientele
- Strong communication and aesthetic judgment
- Prior experience in aesthetic sales or consultative selling within medspa environments required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
