Position Overview
Sovereign Logic Systems LLC is an Arizona-based technology research and development company focused on survivability engineering, continuity preservation, and resilient embedded systems.
The Operational Research Coordinator will support pre-Phase I customer discovery, operational research, stakeholder outreach, survey coordination, and healthcare workflow analysis related to continuity-preservation challenges in healthcare and emergency response environments.
This is an early-stage contractor position intended to support research, outreach, and operational insight collection activities as the company evaluates technology feasibility and prepares for future funding opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer discovery activities • Assist with healthcare and EMS stakeholder outreach • Schedule and coordinate interviews • Distribute and track surveys • Organize operational feedback and observations • Maintain research documentation and records • Assist with outreach to hospitals, EMS agencies, transport organizations, and healthcare professionals • Support administrative and project coordination activities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, EMS, public health, research, project coordination, or stakeholder engagement • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently • Familiarity with healthcare operations is preferred • Experience with surveys, outreach, or customer discovery is a plus
