Amenity Pro is looking to contract friendly, motivated Licensed Massage Therapists AND a Casino Massage Coordinator at our OcalaBets Location!
Responsibilities:
- Provide massage therapy to clients in a professional and therapeutic manner.
- Perform massage techniques appropriate for chair massage.
- Keep track of all massages performed and drop correct amount into safe.
- Show up when agreed upon.
- Obtain appropriate licensing with guidance: Florida Massage License, Liability Insurance, DBPR License for Parimutuel Wagering
Casino Massage Coordinator job duties:
The Casino Massage Coordinator (CMC) provides direct and general coordination between the independent contracted massage therapists operating under a license and rental agreement with Amenity Elite and casino management to ensure effective and efficient operations. The CMC is responsible for resolving issues and serving as a link between independent massage therapists, Amenity Elite management, and casino management. The CMC should remain available to independent massage therapists and knowledgeable of the operations of both Amenity Elite and assigned casino in order to ensure that independent massage therapists receive adequate guidance and resources to accomplish the casino’s guest service objectives.
Essential Job Functions

- Deliver internal and external guest service in accordance with Amenity Elite’s professional standards:
- Be polite and courteous when speaking with players, casino employees and Amenity Elite’s independent massage therapists, remaining sincere and genuine during all interactions;
- Look for and act upon opportunities to assist players, casino employees and therapists;
- Be prepared with the knowledge and skill required to be responsive to needs and questions of players, therapists, and casino employees;
- Assist in scheduling of independent massage therapists and management of schedule as needed
- Distribute schedule to casino management for the upcoming month prior to the 1st of the month
- Assist newly acquired independent massage therapists with license processing as needed
- Interview pre-qualified independent massage therapists at the casino
- Inform newly contracted independent massage therapists of casino or gaming room policies and procedures and provide casino tour and orientation
- Provide oversight and quality control at the casino to ensure therapist compliance with casino and gaming rules and regulations
- Resolve on-site casino operational issues with therapists, casino staff, and players as needed
- Coordinate casino administration in accordance with casino rules and regulations (locker assignments, parking passes, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly video calls with Amenity Elite management and all CMCs
- Represent Amenity Elite at local school career fairs & speaking events
- Perform all duties as assigned by management
