General Laborer / Assembler
Location: Medina, OH
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00
Schedule: First Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
Seeking motivated and dependable Laborers to join the team. This role involves assisting with construction assembly projects, material handling, and general labor duties in a hands-on work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly and installation of construction components and structures
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and site cleanup
- Follow blueprints, measurements, instructions, and supervisor guidance during assembly projects
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites and work areas
- Support team members to ensure projects are completed on time
- Follow all company safety procedures and workplace policies
Qualifications
- Previous construction, assembly, or general labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry materials throughout the workday
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods
