As our FOH Lead/Barista, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy every moment they spend with us. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Leading the front-of-house (FOH) team to deliver outstanding service.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and care.
- Creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
- Assisting with training and mentoring team members to uphold our service standards.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the FOH area.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain smooth operations during busy shifts.
We’re searching for someone who’s passionate about hospitality and has the skills to match. Here’s what we’d love to see: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant setting. - Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - A love for coffee and attention to detail in beverage preparation. - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
