1. Supervises, leads, provides guidance, and support to the behavioral health administrative staff. Assigns duties to the Behavioral Health administrative support team and oversees office work flow to ensure compliance with TCC policies and procedures, HIPAA, CFR 42 Part II confidentiality and privacy regulations. Mentors and trains on best practices in office administration.
2. Compiles and prepares information for meetings, grant reporting, and other quarterly reports for the Behavioral Health Director and maintains records related to communication with funding agencies.
3. Prepares and manages contracts for the Behavioral Health Division.
4. Reviews and maintains clerical and personnel records for completeness and accuracy.
5. Manages the organization of various activities and coordinate the setup of meeting and trainings within Behavioral Health Division.
6. Coordinates office assignments including, but not limited to agenda and minutes of division meetings and correspondence.
7. Complies, maintains and implements administrative staff policy and procedure manual.
8. Maintains office records and files necessary for CARF accreditation.
9. Tracks all trainings, certifications, and training/travel expenses for the Behavioral Health Division.
10. Performs other related job duties as assigned.
