About Us:
BrightStar Care is a home care company that promotes well-being in the home. We provide our clients with caregivers, CNAs, LPNs, or RNs who deliver in-home care, assisting with various needs such as toileting, light housekeeping, dressing, grooming, companionship, dementia care, safety, and much more. Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship to round-the-clock skilled nursing care.
Role Overview:
As a Community Liaison at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the community to drive awareness and support for our home health services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and potential clients to ensure that they understand the quality and breadth of care we provide. You’ll have the opportunity to work on-site at our Tinley Park location, allowing for meaningful engagement within the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to promote BrightStar Care’s services in the community.

Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, social services, and organizations.

Facilitate educational presentations about home health care options and services offered by BrightStar Care.

Participate in community events to enhance visibility and connect with potential clients.

Collect and analyze feedback to continually improve outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:

Experience in community outreach or a related field.

Knowledge of home health care services and local healthcare systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects.

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

This position is on-site only, based in Tinley Park, Illinois.
