You own the full sales cycle. From cold outreach and executive prospecting to solution design, negotiations, and contract close - this is your territory to build. You'll position Greenlink as a trusted HCM advisor to CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, Controllers, and business owners while growing a network of referral partners that pays dividends for years.
What You'll Do

Drive revenue - own and exceed quarterly and annual targets

Build and execute territory strategy focused on mid-market and emerging enterprise

Lead consultative sales engagements across payroll, HR, benefits, workforce management, and talent solutions

Develop high-value referral partnerships with CPAs, insurance brokers, attorneys, financial advisors, and PEO consultants

Represent Greenlink at industry events, conferences, and business associations

Maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management

Partner with Marketing, Ops, Implementation, and Client Success for a seamless client experience

Share best practices, mentor peers, and champion CRM discipline
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of hitting quota

2+ years selling HCM, payroll, HR tech, SaaS, or benefits solutions (preferred)

Proven ability to develop executive-level relationships and close complex consultative deals

Experience generating new business through direct prospecting, networking, and referral development

Strong CRM discipline - pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
Microsoft Suite, Zoho CRM / Social / Marketing Automation / Sales IQ, iSolved HCM platform, RingCentral, Canva (a plus)
