Job Description
Supporting the office manager, this individual is responsible for ensuring clean and accurate title work. As a key member of the team, this role will ensure vehicles and their necessary paperwork are ready for auction to help further charities goals and mission.
Responsibilities
- Examine vehicle title for accuracy and completeness while verifying state requirements.
- File all necessary paperwork and ensure signatures are obtained.
- Confirm accurate data, VIN number and readings for releases of liens and titles.
- Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers and banking institutions.
- Provide a positive experience to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Submit all legal paperwork to DMV or banking institution for processing.
- Maintain all titles, sales payments and customer files in an orderly manner.
Qualifications
- Strong customer management skills
- Attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Fantastic communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Experience in the automotive space including title work with the DMV is a plus
- Bi-Lingual Spanish speaker is advantageous
Note this job could be structured as Part-Time or Full-Time for the right candidate.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
