Bliss + Lex is seeking high-performing Retail Sales Associates (Budtenders) with strong customer service and sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals from luxury retail, hospitality, or high-volume sales environments such as Apple, Nordstrom, Sephora, Lululemon, or similar brands.
This is a sales-focused role where success is defined by your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences while confidently recommending products and driving revenue through thoughtful upselling and personalized service.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

Provide a welcoming, personalized, and elevated customer experience

Build rapport quickly and establish trust with a diverse customer base

Act as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products

Deliver hospitality-driven service consistent with luxury retail standards
Drive Sales and Achieve Performance Goals

Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets

Confidently upsell and cross-sell products to maximize each transaction

Recommend premium and featured products based on customer needs

Contribute to overall store revenue and performance metrics including average transaction value and units per transaction
Thrive in a Fast-Paced Retail Environment

Serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Accurately process transactions using POS systems

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on new products

Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a polished sales floor

Required Qualifications

2-3+ years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience

Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and drive sales performance

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
