Provide direct patient care while overseeing daily nursing operations

Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions with accuracy

Administer medications following nursing standards and correctional guidelines

Ensure provider orders and treatment plans are carried out effectively
