Associate Production Planner – Lingerie & Apparel

Position Summary
We are seeking an Associate Production Planner to join the VS/PINK Production Team. This role will support the end-to-end order management process, including purchase order creation and maintenance, production and delivery tracking, reporting, issue resolution, and cross-functional communication.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This person will work closely with teams across the U.S. and Asia, as well as Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Vendors, Distribution Center Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management
- Initiate and maintain purchase orders (POs).
- Manage PO amendments and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain and report on on-order information.
- Review weekly reports, identify impacts, and conduct monthly audits.
- Track deliveries, dye dates, and cut dates.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure accurate data entry in Mainframe and SAP.
- Follow up on planning requests and order adjustments.
- Resolve order and article-related issues with cross-functional partners.
- Complete value-added services.
- Identify issues that require escalation and resolve those that can be handled independently.
Liabilities & Cancellations
- Review and interpret straightforward liability information.
- Ensure timely receipt of liability confirmations following order placement.
- Manage liability reporting and communicate liabilities to the brand.
- Reconcile commitment contracts and raw materials.
- Support dispute case management.
- Assess risks related to expiring liabilities.
- Manage system activities related to order cancellations.
- Document cancellations for monthly MPC meetings.
Capacity & Production Planning
- Ensure on-order information remains accurate and up to date.
- Manage and report commitments without POs.
- Support CGL creation and maintenance.
- Maintain order schedules and tracking documents.
- Enter GNG dates into WIPS and participate in weekly WIPS meetings.
- Support speed orders and provide immediate issue resolution and escalation when needed.
- Publish order schedules for flow and new fashion styles.
- Maintain floorset reporting for late deliveries.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in production planning, order management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Corporate internship experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with proven Excel skills required.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
