Changing Tides Therapy Services, a relationship-based, play-centered multidisciplinary clinic in Homer, is hiring our first Lead Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. A true clinical leadership role built around mentorship, department leadership, and shaping the future of pediatric care on the Kenai Peninsula.
What You'd Be Leading
● Step into a true clinical leadership role as our first-ever Lead SLP, with real influence over how the Speech Department runs and grows
● Mentor SLPs, SLPAs, and Clinical Fellows in a genuinely supportive, growth-oriented culture
● Collaborate daily with our Occupational Therapy and ABA teams.
● Maintain a limited, meaningful caseload while leading department strategy and clinical standards
● Help shape how our new purpose-built pediatric therapy center is used for years to come
● Serious candidates traveling from within Alaska are offered a paid round-trip site visit ahead of a final offer, so you can see the clinic and community for yourself
● Relocation stipend available for qualified candidates
Is This You?
CCC-SLP with strong pediatric experience and a genuine passion for developing other clinicians. Prior leadership or Clinical Fellow supervision experience preferred. Comfort collaborating with OT and ABA providers and supporting children with complex behavioral needs is a plus.
