About the role
Cascadia Comfort is a growing HVAC company looking for a second installer to support our lead installer on furnace and mini-split installations. This is a hands-on, learn-as-you-go role with a clear path to grow your skills in the trade.
What you'll do
- Assist the lead installer on furnace, heating/cooling, and mini-split installations
- Help with equipment setup, mounting, line sets, and basic wiring support
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and respect customers' homes
- Perform testing and verification alongside the lead installer to confirm systems run properly
- Communicate professionally if customers have questions on-site
What we're looking for
- Some HVAC or trades experience preferred (not required if you're a fast learner with mechanical aptitude)
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and varying outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
