We're looking for a Tennis Director who can set the tone for our entire tennis operation - coaching culture, staff standards, member experience, all of it. This is a leadership role for someone who's done the teaching, done the team-building, and is ready to run the show while still being a strong on-court presence when it counts.

What You'll Do
-
Oversee all tennis professionals and coaching staff, including scheduling, training, and coaching standards

Set the standard for coaching culture and hold staff accountable with a strong, approachable leadership style

Oversee clinics, classes, camps, leagues, and special events, ensuring consistency and quality across the board

Manage player assessments, class placement, and team rosters (DBH teams included)

Provide final approval on court scheduling and help solve staffing gaps and scheduling conflicts

Lead major club events like tournaments, ladder leagues, and showcases

Build strong relationships with members and keep the tennis community welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy

Help oversee the club's tennis social media presence, from content to player spotlights to event recaps

Jump in on-court when needed - this is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk job
What You Bring

USPTA or PTR certification required
-
3–5+ years of tennis teaching and program management experience preferred

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a tennis facility strongly preferred

Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a solution-focused, approachable attitude

CPR/AED certified (or willing to get certified)

Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
