- Starting at $18.00/hour+, based on experience

Shift differentials available (if applicable—add if you want)

Flexible scheduling to meet client needs

10-hour shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll work under the supervision of nursing staff to provide safe, accurate medication administration and support daily care:

Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications
-
Ensure medications are given correctly and on schedule
-
Maintain accurate medication records and documentation
-
Monitor for side effects and report concerns to nursing staff
-
Assist with medical appointments and coordination of care

Respond to client needs, call lights, and emergency situations
-
Support Direct Support Professionals with daily cares as needed
-
Follow all safety, health, and medication administration protocols
-
Advocate for the health, safety, and dignity of each individual

Participate in ongoing training and required in-services
?? All employees may be required to assist with direct care duties such as toileting, behavior support, and emergency interventions as needed.
- Current Medication Aide (CMA) certification

High School Diploma or GED (or working toward one)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Compassion for individuals with disabilities

Pass background and registry checks

Clear TB screening

Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid, Mandatory Reporter, etc.)
