ABOUT THE ROLE
At BeKids PT, we're a pediatric-focused clinic passionate about helping kids thrive — and we're growing our team. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled speech-language pathologist to join us part-time and make a real difference for children and their families. You'll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a clinic built specifically around kids.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric patients using established evaluation tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support speech, language, and social communication development.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for early intervention and school-aged children.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other members of our multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to maximize outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coach and educate families on strategies to support communication development at home and in school.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure).
- Experience working with children in early intervention, school, or outpatient pediatric settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and communication disorders.
- Proficiency in pediatric assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach with children and families.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
SCHEDULE
Hours: 16 – 30 hours per week
Available days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Note:This position is not available on Mondays or Tuesdays. Scheduling is flexible within the available days listed above.

Pay: $36.50 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
