Smith Phillips Building Supply is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC.
We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual who takes pride in producing quality work. We prefer you have experience operating CNC equipment. We are committed to training the right person with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently.

Read and interpret measurements and production specifications.

Perform basic quality checks using measuring instruments.

Safely move materials with a forklift (training available if needed).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Ability to perform physical work throughout the day.

Basic math skills.

Ability to accurately use measuring tools.

Forklift experience is preferred.

Previous CNC machining or building materials experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate.
