Recommend tires, repairs, and services based on customer needs

Explain vehicle recommendations in a clear, easy-to-understand way

Build trust and long-term customer relationships

Perform visual inspections and document findings

Help maintain showroom appearance and inventory standards

Work closely with technicians and teammates to keep operations running smoothly

Customer service or sales experience preferred

Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

Comfortable recommending products and services

Organized with strong problem-solving skills

Valid driver’s license

Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and assist with shop flow when needed
