Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate RN (Registered Nurse) specializing in Medical Aesthetics to join our innovative medical team and help to grow our Medical Aesthetic and IV services. We foresee growth, allowing for a balanced schedule of 3 or more days/week in the future. In this role, you will deliver expert IV therapy and aesthetic treatments, provide exceptional care, and support clients through personalized skincare and wellness promoting procedures. Your energetic and compassionate approach will help elevate our patient experience, ensuring each patient feels confident and cared for. Duties
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including Botox, microneedling, etc. with precision and safety.
- Start and run IVs.
- Conduct skin assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals.
- Manage patient consultations, explaining procedures clearly and answering questions confidently to ensure informed consent.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
- Utilize EMR for scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and processing payments efficiently.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending skincare products, supplements, and treatment packages that meet client needs.
- Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and engaging with online community inquiries.
- Assist at the front desk with check-ins and appointment confirmations to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients on treatment options
- Provide aftercare instructions to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Valid RN license with current state registration, BLS, additional certification in medical aesthetics or cosmetology is preferred.
- Proven experience in med spa or medical aesthetics settings is highly desirable.
- Experience using EHR for documentation and appointment management.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee treatment rooms and coordinate team activities effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Ability to perform sanitation duties meticulously to uphold health standards across all treatments.
- Proficiency in social media management for marketing purposes; experience creating engaging content is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques including upselling skincare products or treatment packages.
- Effective communication skills to educate clients on procedures such as IV micronutrient therapy, Botox and microneedling for collagen induction and hair loss while ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Pay: $25.49 - $30.00 per hour
