Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid New York Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver integrated physical therapy services for K-12 students according to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and school requirements
- Work on-site 1 day per week, from 8:15am to 2:15pm, within a collaborative team environment
- Document student progress, maintain timely reports, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, faculty, and parents to ensure consistent student support
- Educate school staff on techniques and interventions to best assist students’ physical mobility and access
