Responsibilities
As a Cashier / Front Counter Team Member, you will:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately in person and by phone
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Process cash, credit card, and other payments
- Assist with orders from DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Slice, and other online platforms
- Verify orders for accuracy before they are given to customers or delivery drivers
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items and pricing
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, dining, and customer service area
- Restock supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

Previous restaurant, cashier, POS, or customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Applicants should have dependable transportation and be able to arrive on time and ready to work at the beginning of their scheduled shift.
Physical Requirements
This position may require:
- Standing for extended periods
- Walking throughout the restaurant
- Reaching, bending, and performing general cleaning duties
- Lifting and carrying restaurant supplies as needed
