Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, professional Personal Trainers to join our team. This role combines coaching, client relationship building, and helping grow the training department.

Responsibilities
- Conduct personal training sessions
- Create customized training programs
- Build strong client relationships and retention
- Assist with member onboarding and fitness consultations
- Participate in gym events, challenges, and promotions
- Maintain professional and positive energy on the floor
Qualifications
Required:
- Personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for fitness and helping others
Preferred:
- Sales or client acquisition experience
- Group fitness or specialty training background
- Athletic training or performance coaching experience
