The Opportunity
The Project Accountant will work closely with project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and accounting leadership to oversee the financial performance of multiple construction projects.
This is not a traditional back-office accounting position. You will become an important member of each project team, gain exposure to the entire construction lifecycle, and build strong relationships across operations and senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage project billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Review subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and payment applications
- Track project costs, commitments, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support project financial reviews
- Partner with project managers to identify and resolve financial concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and project closeout
- Communicate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Support multiple projects from initial setup through final closeout

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
