Duwa & Taggart LLC is growing and looking for a skilled construction/remodel technician to join our team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, can work independently, adapts to different projects, and enjoys being part of a team that works hard while having fun. We are not looking for someone who only knows one trade. This position requires versatility and the ability to move between many types of projects.
One week may involve building decks and fences while the next may include drywall repairs, finish trim installation, painting, flooring, or general remodeling work. Winter work includes snow removal to maintain year-round employment.
Position Details:
- Full-time year-round position
- Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- 40+ hours per week
- Rare weekend work
- W2 employee
- Pay: $25-$32/hour DOE

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of construction/remodeling experience
- Finish trim experience REQUIRED
- Experience building decks and fences strongly preferred
- Experience with drywall hanging, mudding, and texture matching preferred
- General remodeling and handyman experience preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
Personal tools are not required. Company can provide tools, although personal tools are a plus.
