We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various small repairs and handyman services. willing to travel from various locations within Delaware county.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and using power tools
- installing TV's and bedroom shelving
- adjusting and replacing interior and exterior doors
- deck repairs
- painting and small plumbing repairs
- blind installation
- door lock installation
- light plumbing
- drywall repair
- junk removal
- painting
- working with others as a team and working alone efficiently
- ability to make educated decisions on your own
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of these environments
- ability to handle repairs without assistance
- references that clearly show a drug and alcohol free environment!!!!
- clean driving record and transportation
- presentable
- must be on time as scheduled
- child abuse clearances is a must
- excellent constant communication skills
- must be patient with customers
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
