Duties include conducting initial client consultations and include court appearances and hearings, processing, reviewing, and managing cases, preparation and filing of documents, etc. Candidate must first and foremost be personable and sympathetic with a strong customer service focus, but also be able to work under pressure, and have strong organizational skills.
