Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced groomer who is ready to find a place where they can grow, feel appreciated, and build lasting relationships with clients and their dogs.
Qualified experienced groomers are eligible for a $1,500 Hiring & Retention Bonus, paid at employment milestones throughout the first year. PLUS an additional $250 sign on bonus!

Responsibilities
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for dogs and cats of all breeds.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
- Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Communicate with pet owners about their pets’ grooming needs, providing recommendations for care.
- Handle animals safely and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
- Assist with basic animal handling tasks and provide support in other areas of the facility as needed.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and any observations regarding the health or behavior of pets.
Experience
- Previous experience in dog grooming is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
- Knowledge of various dog breeds, grooming techniques, and proper handling methods.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when handling larger breeds or equipment.
- Experience in veterinary settings or roles such as veterinary technician or kennel staff is a plus.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends if necessary.

Pay: $300.00 - $1,000.00 per week
