Psychotherapist (LMSW/LCSW) – Behavioral Health | Article 28 & 31 Clinic
Are you a culturally competent Psychotherapist passionate about serving vulnerable and underserved communities?
This is an opportunity to work with a highly diverse patient population, including individuals impacted by:
- Serious mental illness
- Substance use disorders
- Chronic homelessness
- HIV/AIDS and chronic medical conditions
- Trauma and systemic barriers to care
The ideal candidate is compassionate, adaptable, community-oriented, and passionate about health equity and culturally responsive care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and crisis intervention
- Collaborate closely with Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Primary Care, and interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize evidence-based modalities including CBT, MI, DBT, TF-CBT, and psychodynamic approaches
- Support patients navigating complex behavioral health and social needs
Qualifications:
- LMSW or LCSW required
- Experience in an Article 31, community mental health or outpatient behavioral health setting strongly preferred
- Experience working with underserved and high-acuity populations required
- Bilingual Spanish or French-Creole strongly preferred
- Candidates with group therapy experience encouraged to apply
