Job Description:
Part-time house cleaning in the Prescott/Chino Valley area. Start your day from home, paid training, then performance pay averaging $20–$25/hr with bonuses. Keep 100% of your tips, mileage paid. Weekdays only.
We're Supreme Clean, and we're hiring. Before you keep reading, here's the deal: we're picky. Not because we think we're better than anyone, but because our customers trust us in their homes, and the people on our team are the reason they keep calling. So we hire carefully.
Most people can clean. Fewer people show up on time, catch the spot everyone else misses, and are pleasant to be around while they do it. That last group is who we want. If you've never cleaned professionally, that's fine. We'll train you and pay you while we do. What we can't train is character, so that's what we're really looking at.
You'll do well here if:
- You show up on time and ready. When something comes up, you call and let us know instead of leaving us guessing.
- "Good enough" bothers you. You'd rather redo it than leave it half done.
- You're kind to customers and to the people you work with, even when the day isn't going your way.
- When you finish your part, you look around and help with what's left instead of pulling out your phone.
- You like being part of a team, not just heads-down on your own all day. You're comfortable talking to people and don't mind being the kind of person others look to.
- You do the job right whether or not anyone's checking.
You probably won't be happy here if:
Being on time feels optional to you. Or you'd skip a step when you figured nobody would notice. Or you need a manager standing over you to stay on task. Or a rude customer would get rudeness right back. Or you're looking for a job where you clock in, keep your head down alone, and never talk to anyone.
None of that makes you a bad person. It just means this isn't your job, and we'd both rather know that now.
How the pay works:
- While you're training, you earn an hourly wage of $18.75 to $20.00. You're paid from day one.
- Once you're trained, you move to performance pay. The faster and better you work, the more you make. Our cleaners average $20.00 to $25.00 an hour this way, plus bonuses.
- You keep all of your tips. We never touch them, and they're on top of everything else.
- We pay mileage at $0.76 a mile for the driving you do for us.
The short version: we reward people who are good at this and care about doing it right. If that's you, you'll do well here.

The best people here don't stay "just a cleaner," and we don't want them to. Once you're trained and have your footing, you get to help shape the team around you. That looks like:
- Sitting in on our group interviews and helping us spot the good ones. You know this job better than any résumé does, so your read on a candidate matters.
- Working alongside new hires during their working interviews and first days, showing them how we do things.
- Being part of our weekly team meetings, where we sort out problems, share what's working, and actually talk to each other.
- Helping train the next round of new people once you've got the routine down.
We tell you this up front because it's one of the best parts of the job, and because it's not for everyone. If being trusted with that sounds great, you're our kind of person. If you'd rather just clean and be left completely alone, that's fair, but this probably isn't the right spot for you.
The schedule:
Part-time, 20 to 30 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Most days start around 8 AM, and your evenings and weekends are your own.
How the day works:
You'll start most days from home and drive straight to your first house. You only need to come into our Chino Valley office once a week. We clean homes in Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Paulden, Prescott, and Prescott Valley, so you'll need a reliable vehicle to get to jobs and to the office on your weekly visit. Once you're on the clock, we pay your mileage.
