You’ll Bring:
· An openness and willingness to learn.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
· Sales and construction experience a plus but not required.
· Self-motivation and ability to occasionally work with little direction.
· Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
What You Do:
· Provide a consultative approach to guide customers through the retail sales and insurance processes.
· Communicate with the production team and with customers to ensure an industry-leading level of customer service.
· Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
· Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client and job information daily.
· Engage in some form of social selling and marketing, i.e. Linked In, Facebook, BNI, etc.
