Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure for Speech Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possess or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Pediatric experience, particularly in school-based settings, highly valued
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ IEPs
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other school professionals
- Document evaluations, therapy, and student progress in compliance with school and state requirements
