All About Gutters and More is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Gutter Installer to join our growing Wilmington team. We’re a family-owned company that has protected homes throughout the Cape Fear region since 2010, completing more than 15,000 installations. This is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade, work with a hands-on crew, and grow with an established local company.
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$25/hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay, with opportunities for raises as you grow in the role
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Steady, year-round work
What You’ll Do
- Install seamless 5-inch and 6-inch K-style and half-round gutter systems
- Install downspouts, gutter guards, and leaf-protection systems
- Complete gutter repairs and replacements for residential customers and local builders
- Measure job sites and follow plans, specifications, and site requirements
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, scaffolding, and fall-protection equipment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Load, unload, and lift materials; regular lifting of 50+ pounds is required
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Represent the company courteously with homeowners, builders, and other crews
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and at heights
- Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
- Commitment to job-site safety and quality workmanship
- Gutter, roofing, siding, carpentry, or general construction experience is a plus—but not required
- Experience reading blueprints, construction drawings, or technical schematics is helpful
