We are growing our team at our established boutique wellness spa in Nisswa and are seeking a skilled, heart-centered massage therapist who values genuine client care, professionalism, and long-term growth. Therapists begin as employees with the benefit of established systems, front desk support, marketing assistance, booking support, and opportunities to build a loyal clientele without the pressure of managing a business independently from day one. For therapists interested in long-term independence, there is future opportunity to transition into a booth rental position once a consistent and established clientele has been developed. Compensation Structure
We offer a structured compensation model designed to support therapists while they grow:
- Paid training period: hourly pay + tips
- 40% commission while building clientele
- 43% commission once consistently booked
- 45% commission available for high-performing therapists with strong retention and productivity
- Tips and retail commission opportunities in addition to base compensation
Retention Bonus
We value long-term team members and offer:
- $500 retention bonus after 6 months of successful employment and performance milestones
