Payroll Specialists
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, review for general accuracy and enter payroll data as provided by assigned clients
Process and package payroll to be delivered as prescribed by client
Field client calls and questions regarding payroll issues
Make adjustments as necessary to service client's payroll needs
Assist with tax reporting and remittance
Respond to tax agencies regarding client tax notices and penalties as needed
Assist with benefit deduction and record administration
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years hands on experience in payroll tax returns, regulations and processing
A thorough understanding of the payroll process with demonstrated high accuracy and thoroughness skills
An indication of strong customer service skills
Basic computer and office machine skills
An indication of task management and time management skills
Team player and ability to work in a timely and accurate way
