Heavy Equipment Operators (Travel Required)

Accell Construction operates as a site civil contractor in the oil and gas industry, serving clients across Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Kansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, and more. We are currently seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators, specifically grader .
**** Travel is Required. Do not apply if you are not able to work out of town ****
Position Details:
- Equipment Experience Required:
- Dozers (CAT D4, D6, D8)
- Excavators (CAT 316–336)
- Graders (CAT 140M)
- Must operate equipment safely, efficiently, and productively
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions (hot and cold)
- Must pass a DOT drug test, physical and background check
- Reliable transportation and physical ability to perform assigned tasks required
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time, typically 60 hours/week (6 days × 10-hour shifts)
- Pay based on experience and ability
- Per diem provided based on work location
