About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lead Construction Laborer to join our team. This role requires experience in various aspects of construction, including site preparation, material handling, and hands-on general construction tasks. Responsibilities:
- Drywall, mud, texture, paint, installing doors, windows, casing, flooring, baseboards, minor plumbing, and finishing carpentry.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Load, unload, and move construction materials as needed.
- Perform site clean-up and maintain a safe work environment.
- Support team members and follow project instructions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience (residential).
- Ability to lead a small crew.
- Ability to perform various construction tasks (as listed above).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.\
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Your own Tools.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
