As a Buyer , you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are in place at the right time—supporting both daily operations and larger customer projects.

What You’ll Experience in this position:
In this role, you’ll have a mix of purchasing, planning, and coordination responsibilities , including:
Manage day-to-day buying activities for all production raw materials, project needs, and ad hoc requests
Support customer orders and expedites , ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness
Place purchase orders for MRP requirements and outside processing needs
Update and manage purchase orders (delivery dates, pricing, etc.) within Syteline
Expedite orders and collaborate with suppliers to keep projects on track
Assist with invoice reconciliation and vendor setup/documentation
Support the warehouse team with overages, shortages, and damaged shipments
Partner closely with management, warehouse, quality and engineering teams to meet business goals
Work with global teams, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency
Help improve processes, tools, and documentation across procurement
You have:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain (or related field) or 3+ years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with systems and data (Excel required; Syteline is a plus)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
