Job Summary
Join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate.
In this role, you'll be the friendly face that assists shipping their items, handles Drop off packages and transactions accurately and provides service that keeps neighborhood customers coming back.
-- This job is long term. Lot to learn in this work. We are looking 12-4 for now in training period and after few weeks going to be 1 or 2 to 6 part-time position. If these are not the suitable hours for you, please do not send the info to us.
Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions quickly and accurately
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide shipping information.
- Handle cash honestly, credit card payments with precision and attention to detail
- Packing items that provide safe trip to destination.
- Scanning packages to ship
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with stocking duties
Experience
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills for handling transactions and balancing registers
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Good speed in the typing. We generate lots of labels to ship packages.

As we do USPS shipping per their requirement we are looking someone who do not smoke at workplace. such an inconvenient requirement but we have to follow.
