Modern Hope Autism Center is seeking part-time and full-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to service clients in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. We offer both home-based & center-based services. This position is for an ABA Behavioral Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has at least 6 months of ABA experience working with children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. You will be providing one on one ABA therapy services and will be supervised by a BCBA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
RBT's will be supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and will provide in-home/community/center based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Registered Behavior Technician will:
* Implement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
* Travel to client’s homes, community settings and/or our center-based locations to assist with skill acquisitions, behavior etc.
* Communicate professionally with families.
* Assist with training less experienced RBT's.
* Keep clients motivated to learn.
* Accurately keep records of client’s progress and record data accordingly.
* Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
* Maintain confidentiality of client information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
* Currently licensed as a Registered Behavior Technician in NC.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
* Valid driver's license in state of residence and acceptable driving record.
* Prior experience working as an RBT.
* Reliable vehicle required (must own your own vehicle.)
* High School Degree required.
* Background check required
* Have access to a working cell phone
