Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage day to day company operations.
- Provide strong leadership including developing and monitoring individual and team performance goals, coaching managers and driving major change initiatives.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional growth among staff.
- Collaborate with the leadership to establish long-term and short term strategic plans.
- Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations and standards. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Establish and manage project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, contract terms and conditions, etc.
- Lead and oversee the product development from concept to launch.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays or failure.
- Market research and data analysis to draft product launch plans and partner with various cross-functional to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors thru clear, professional, and respectful communication.
- Work with the CEO on a weekly basis to get input on new and existing project progress.
- Maintain clear and concise project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessment, and final report.
- Prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers, and termination using human resources management software
- Employees should be informed on human resources rules, standards, and processes to guarantee compliance
- Conduct interviews and assess applications to ensure that candidates are a good fit for the job
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to fulfill an organization's human resource demands
- Analyze employment-related data to discover areas that need to be improved before conducting a review of personnel policies
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
- Preparing and reviewing compensation and benefits packages
- Administering health and life insurance programs
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Assist overseas branch/subsidiary company to set up HR policy
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 + years of experience in business operations management
- Experience in beauty industry is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to manage product development process, including vendor coordination, and market launches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Bilingual in Korean and English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
