Production & Packaging Associate

What You'll Do
- Fill and mix products according to established procedures
- Label, seal, and package finished goods accurately
- Count units into jars, bags, boxes, and other packaging formats
- Case pack and palletize completed products
- Perform cleaning and sanitation throughout the workday
- Support basic inventory and material handling
- Conduct quality checks during production and packaging
- Operate production and packaging equipment as assigned
- Complete required production and batch paperwork accurately
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements
- Follow 5S workplace organization practices to maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
- Move between production and packaging tasks based on daily priorities
- Report problems, inconsistencies, equipment issues, or quality concerns immediately

Requirements
- English fluency
- Basic math and counting accuracy
- Ability to read labels, lot numbers, batch paperwork, and work instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Experience
- Experience in food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated production strongly preferred
- Previous experience working in a GMP environment preferred
- Familiarity with 5S workplace organization principles preferred
- Experience with mixing, filling, labeling, sealing, or other production equipment is a plus
- Experience completing production paperwork, batch records, or quality checks is a plus
Work Environment
- Standing and walking for most of the shift
- Repetitive hand use
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working around powders, oils, scents, and dust
- Required use of PPE
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $20/hour
- Increase to $21/hour after successful completion of the first 3 months
- Opportunity to grow to approximately $22–$24/hour with experience, performance, cross-training, and increased responsibilities
- Overtime available based on business needs
- 40 hours/year PTO
- 40 hours/year sick time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
