Summary
We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team at Russo's Ristorante & Mercato. Located in a vibrant environment, this role is essential to maintaining our kitchen operations and ensuring that our staff can deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas throughout the shift.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
- Dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations.
- Help organize and restock supplies as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
