Elevate Dentistry is a brand-new state of the art dental practice opening this fall in Silver Spring, founded by Dr. Justin Do. We’re flipping the typical dentist-patient dynamic — building a practice where patients feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for, not rushed through. We’ve thoughtfully designed the space to feel calm, modern, and inspiring for both patients and team members, with advanced technology and systems to support excellent care. What You’ll Do
- Assist Dr. Do chairside during exams, cleanings, and procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take x-rays and intraoral photos
- Set patients at ease and support a warm, low-anxiety patient experience
- Manage supply inventory and equipment upkeep
- Support scheduling and patient flow alongside our front desk team
- Help bring our patient-first philosophy to life every day
What We’re Looking For
- Current dental assistant certification/registration in Maryland (or eligible to obtain)
- 1+ years of chairside experience preferred (new grads with strong clinicals welcome to apply)
- X-ray certification a plus
- Friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus given our Silver Spring/Montgomery County patient base
- CPR/BLS certification a plus
