As a Front End Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using systems such as OpenTable.
- Process orders accurately through Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Assist with food service, including serving food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the front end area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Support bussing duties as needed to maintain a clean dining environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, including fine dining experience.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory.
