Schedule: 7 days a week operation (Rotational shifts, weekend availability required)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Counterperson to manage our front desk operations. You will be the face of our business, interacting directly with customers and ensuring their garments are handled perfectly.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, accept incoming garments, and inspect them for stains or damage.
- Accurate tagging and sorting of clothes to prevent mixing up orders.
- Process payments using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Retrieve finished orders quickly and efficiently from the racks.
- Maintain a clean, organized location.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High attention to detail (accuracy in tagging is critical).
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Work well on a team and with others.
- Reliable transportation to Skokie.
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts.
Pay: $640.00 per week
