Job Responsibilities and Duties:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Service Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and repair, along with the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.

This role involves performing routine maintenance, changing oil, tire replacement and repairs, general cleaning of shop and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical expertise.
Duties:

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire service, and other essential services.

Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform repairs.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Document all services performed and communicate findings with customers clearly.

Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a General Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair.

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Must have you own tools.

A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to automotive service are a plus.
