Professional Interior Construction & Millwork (PIC) is a full-service construction and millwork company specializing in high-end residential renovations, custom cabinetry, and construction management throughout the New York tri-state area. We are seeking a dependable, organized Bookkeeper to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment where they can take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities while
supporting office operations.
Pay & Benefits
- $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Job Responsibilities
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and
supporting daily office operations, including:
- Process customer invoices and billing
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Maintain organized bookkeeping records
- Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account
- questions
- Assist with vendor communications and invoice processing
- Order material samples and office supplies as needed
- Monitor and maintain inventory of material samples
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary
- Support general administrative and office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
