Responsibilities
- Run residential service calls and small projects independently
- Troubleshoot and solve electrical issues efficiently
- Install lighting, switches, outlets, panels, EV chargers, and residential systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow company installation standards and procedures
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
✅ 5+ years residential electrical experience
✅ Ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills
✅ Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
✅ Own basic electrical tools
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Consistent punctuality and reliability
