We have a need for some caregivers with weekday availability to help some patients in the Monticello/ Lamont/ Madison area. If you have at least on year of experience working in healthcare we would love to have you on our team. One position can start as soon as next week!
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/HHA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including assisted living facilities, hospitals, and home community care environments. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, medication assistance.
- Lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient areas to promote a safe environment.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health systems as required.
Experience
- Previous experience as a CNA/HHA or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Experience in assisted living or home community care settings is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment are essential.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in nursing practices is encouraged.
